Each persona simulates a realistic in-home closet consultation. All clients are at home and open to your expert opinion. Run the full Bella process: discovery, current-closet review, measuring, in-home design, storage inventory, design walkthrough, and finishes (including crown molding). You'll get an honest score and specific feedback at the end.

How this trainer works

Every scenario is an in-home consultation. The client has invited you to their home, walked you to the closet, and is open to your expert opinion.

Run the full Bella process:

1. Ask discovery questions about their needs and daily routine.
2. Review how their current closet is failing them on function.
3. Measure the closet.
4. Design the layout in their home (not back at the office).
5. Review what they want to store — long hang, short hang, shoes, drawers, accessories.
6. Walk them through the design.
7. Cover finishes — wood tone, hardware, crown molding, etc.
8. Ask for the sale and establish clear next steps.

When you're ready, click "End consultation" and you'll be scored across four dimensions: Discovery, Value & Function, Design Process, and Closing — with specific things you did well, things to improve, and one tactic to try next time.
